How will my good be delivered?
You can simply select the most suitable method of shipment, depending on the final destination and weight of your selected goods. You can also contact us directly with suggestions at admin@ellcee.com and we can proceed with your order accordingly. In this instance, please do not select any shipment option and choose ”By Quote”.
What If I don't have a Paypal Account?
There are many other options to choose from if you don’t have a Paypal Account, including payment using a Credit Card/Visa or more.
What If my ordered goods are heavy (over 30kg) and shipment Is not offered automatically on our website?
In this case, we will provide a separate quotation for you. Please select “By Quote” at checkout and we’ll contact you within 24-72 hours.

How can I check if my order has been received?
Please click on “My account” in the top right-hand corner of the website to access your dashboard. Here you can select “View orders” and review previous and current orders placed with us.
Your order status is updated when it reaches your assigned destination.
How can i review an order I have recently placed?
You can review previous orders by simply logging into your account and clicking on “My Account” at the top-right corner of our website. Then select the “View order” option.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit cards and Paypal.
Once I have placed items in my shopping card, how does the payment proceed?
Once you have completed your product selection and submitted to your shopping cart, please follow these steps.
- Please select checkout. An electronic invoice with the total amount and product description are dynamically created. The cost of shipment is also calculated automatically (please see our FAQ for shipment methods).
- You then simply select your payment option via credit card or PayPal
- A secure page will appear on your screen to input your credit card details.
- Please enter the required payment details and press confirm.
- Payment is then processed and you will receive confirmation once the transaction has been accepted.

How do I update my email contact details?
Please log on to your account by clicking on ”My account” as the top right-hand corner of the page. This will take you directly to your dashboard where you can change your personal information and details.
How can I change my password?
Please sign in to your account and then select the ‘Change password’ option on the left. You can now enter your new password. Please remember to check the password strength to ensure your password is strong.
In the event that you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in tour account, please contact us via our contact us page and we will assist you shortly.
