IT Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support and oversee our shop and stockkeeping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support and Maintenance:
- Provide timely technical support for point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other relevant IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in implementing and managing inventory control systems.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstocks.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize inventory levels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data from various systems to identify trends and insights.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer behavior.

The Storekeeper Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the efficient and organized operation of the store’s warehouse and inventory. This role involves managing stock, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that products are properly stored and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and returns.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee the layout and organization of the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
